Service Level

Internet based services like Hosted VoIP are dependent on stable Internet connectivity with low latency and jitter. Your Internet connectivity may experience service interruptions and degradation from time to time that we are unable to control. Internet service interruptions may be related to factors such as power interruption, ISP hardware failure, weather, WAN congestion, ISP bandwidth constraints and WAN network maintenance.

CallTel is committed to providing our customers with the best level of service possible.

When an issue arises CallTel will respond to resolve the issue by working with you and all our and your third party service providers. If we are unable to resolve the issue or if the issue is out of CallTel’s control and you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of installation and service activation, we offer a complete refund of the fees, phone hardware costs and applicable taxes.*

 

* Does not include installation charges, if any; porting fees, shipping or any fees to move your phone service back to your previous service provider or to a new service provider. If you purchased phone hardware or other equipment from CallTel, it must be returned in good working order in its original packaging prior to CallTel refunding fees and taxes.
